Hellraiser too, from the sounds of it.

We'll see. For all intents and purposes, it occupies that wonderful land called Development Hell, for whence it may never emerge. Talk is cheap and they can mention it here and there for many years before it every happens, if at all. So many projects never com e to fruition. While I would be interested, now just isn't the time to truly get excited about it. Nothing is happening that shows that this is really a go. I mean, these stories are a year old and nothing new has come of it. Maybe the new Scream Factory release will give it a shot in the arm. Or maybe not.

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?
Two years old actually, 2012. I hadn't noticed that before you pointed it out.
Yep, probably a pipe dream.
I know your post is a bit old but I'd like to point out that while this may be stuck in development he'll it has been moving forward. It may be small steps but having at least 4 episodes writing already is a pretty big deal.

How about as a Netflix exclusive show?
You killed Captain Clown, YOU KILLED CAPTAIN CLOWN-The Joker on Batman TAS
Given how much of a 'cult' thing the movie is IDK how well such a show would do.

I cannot wait for this!!!
shareHere is what Barker said back in the day about the sequel, and what could possibly be the basis for where a TV series could go oncce the initial story is told....
http://www.clivebarker.info/nbscene2a.html
"Midian is destroyed and the second movie does not happen minutes later. It happens after the passage of some time. Nightbreed leaves a lot of questions unanswered, a lot of long-term questions. The second movie is not what will happen tomorrow.
"There are people out there in the world who have been waiting for Ashberry. Just as there are people out there who have been waiting for Boone. Secret orders who have been waiting for their own particular Lucifer. Armies waiting to rise who want a leader, and Ashberry is going to walk into their lives like I guess Hitler did; to stir up some deep feeling."
A Hymn To The Monstrous: The Making Of Nightbreed
By Mark Salisbury and John Gilbert, Clive Barker's Nightbreed - The Making Of The Film, 1990
Could be very interesting. The comics also acted as a retelling (complete with the director's cut ending) and a sequel which was pretty good from what I read.
