As a kid I remember watching this movie on TV and this scene always stuck in my mind: Boone walks up to an open bed chamber at night there is a bed in the middle. He lies on it and several quite sexy monsters start their sexual advances on him.
Have I imagined this scene, is it from another movie or what? Cause I cant find it in the DVD version that I just saw?!?
I've been a fan of this story ever since it was first written by Barker as a novel. I have the screenplay, the comic book adaptation, as well as the old VHS, laserdisc, and now DVD. I saw it in theaters too. There is no difference in any of the releases. What you see is what we got way back in 1990. I can say without a doubt that there is no scene in the story that fits what you described. The only bed scenes in the film were of Boone and Lori early in the film, and then a sex scene between Shuna Sassi (the porcupine lady) and Peloquin, which can be glimpsed for a second during the opening title scroll but was cut from the actual film. You may be getting the imagery from some other film and mistaking it for Nightbreed, or it could simply be a dream you had at some point that you've incorporated as a memory.
