How does Narcisse know Decker?

I've only watched the Theatrical Cut and am planning on watching the Directors Cut tonight, but how does Narcisse know Decker? If it's explained in the dc than I guess I'll find out tonight but I'm making sure I haven't missed anything when watching the first cut of the film.

Eh? Decker interrogates Narcisse in the hospital; that's how Narcisse knows Decker.
