Found a goof!!!!!!

After Barbara shoots the naked zombie she asks Tom how many bullets the rifle holds. Tom tells her 15 bullets. As she is reloading the rifle, watch carefully, in slow motion if you can, and you will see she loads one supposedly live round into the magazine and the round DOES NOT HAVE A PRIMER in the shell. I have watched this version 100 times but never noticed it before.

You ever think that could be a rimfire bullet?

It's not a goof, it's a legitimate safety measure. When shooting scenes that involve loading and unloading functional weapons that will be be fired with blanks, it's better to be able to visually differentiate between them. There were numerous scenes where the rifle was fired at contact distance into a tangle of zombie extras. You can bet the sound of the report was dubbed in. A blank can be lethal or at least very injurious at contact range. Google "Jon-Erik Hexum".
