Me too. I'm just seeing what he thinks of it since he has expressed a fondness for the first movie.

The first movie was awesome although the music gets into my head for over a week. The second was just okay only because I used to like it when I was a kid. The third movie was just....INEXCUSABLE even for a kid's movie although it did have Jack Black in a early role as the bully.

Can't wait to see the NC to review it.

It was an amusing review, but it would've been nice if he reviewed the third film. That piece of crap made the second movie look like the first.

Over at a site called 'The Agony Booth,' they did an 8 page write-up on NES3...and just from reading that, I think the critic would react the way he did with Batman and Robin.

Unfortunately, this was the only Neverending Story out of the three that I've seen in theaters. And I remember how horrible The Neverending Story III was after seeing it on VHS. This was one of those movies that truly didn't need a sequel.

I liked the whole elephant in the room bit. Yes, it is a shame that Jonathan Brandis committed suicide, but like the NC said, it wasn't his fault that he was in some crappy movies.

I'm not the bit surprised that the original actors didn't return (except the librarian). Sometimes you know how bad a movie is going to be once you read the script.

Even though I think the NC should've reviewed the third one, this one was just as bad. Maybe he will sometime in the future.
