Paul wouldve obviously dedicated the final Misery book to her (but ironically shed have still hated it in that start a petition to remake Last Jedi/GoT s8 way)
And after he dedicated a book he hated to her, she'd have turned psycho and done the same thing!

Paul only wrote the final Misery book because of her (Misery was dead; he'd had to "resurrect" her to write the final book)
