Simon spoiler question
How come the hunters never realized that they killed Simon after days of not
seeing him?
It was cleary a human body when the lighting flashed.
Jack even thought the "BEAST" could come again silly

It was fear that kept him in charge. If his boys were scared enough of the "Beast", they would follow him in whatever he wanted. Just like the US government keeps its citizens afraid of the "terrorists".
shareJust like the US government keeps its citizens afraid of the "terrorists".What the hell does that have to do with ANYTHING? Geez you people never shut up! Terrorists have attacked our country. They are part of groups that are devoted to killing Americans. There is a war going on in which Americans are being killed by terrorists. I think we have a pretty DAMN good reason to be afraid of terrorists you dumb *beep*. "Oh yeah the US government invented terrorsits as a cover up so they could murder thousands of their own citizens and go get oil from Iraq." I swear you people are so *beep* retarded. Shut the hell up!
You know Sanpaco, I bet that's the case.

Shut up? Freedom of speech hurts, doesn't it, dear state-worshipping forum member? πππ
It's a right in the constitution, though. It protects individuals from the state and the state-worshipping neanderthals.
Jack didnt really believe in the beast but became easily convinced when they were dancing and chanting. He was using the beast for fear so that people would join his tribe rather than Ralphs.
shareThey realized it was Simon as soon as they stopped stabbing. They all knew it. Since they obviously hadn't killed the beast, but one of their own, the beast would still be out there.
shareAlso, there was a moment when Jack was like 'we will hunt today and leave another sacrifice for the beast'
and one of the littluns was like 'didn't we kill it?'
and Jack was like 'NO, it can never be killed' or something.
So I'm guessing that the littluns believe that what they had killed was the beast but the biguns knew better and were just as scared because of who they had killed instead of what they hadn't.
