I didn't know people hated it. I thought it was a lot of fun. I wish there was more hand to hand fighting, but overall it was pretty good and some very funny interactions between Lundgren and Benben too.

Truly one of the best action movies of its time. I honestly think its a better film than the similar themed Predator and much better than all the Die Hard and Rambo sequels.Dark Angel is more than the sum of its parts, Craig R Baxley definitely understood what makes a great b-action movie, Stone Cold is a classic too...

Baxley's late 80s/early 90s B-action trifecta that also includes Action Jackson deserves to be enshrined in the Action Movie Hall of Fame. Not sure what Koo-laid he was drinking at the time but that 1-2-3 combo is just amazing.
Stone Cold is his Citizen Kane. He probably realized he couldn't go out on a higher note than that so he turned to TV and DTV work.

CGI brainwashing and zombie obsession. Mostly people that only like effects and sh&t horror films they keep remaking etc are the ones hating on ORIGINAL ideas like this ;)
