Frankly I don't think there was any cheese pizza. Buzz ordered the pizza and most likely to be a jerk to Kevin didn't order plain cheese. As a kid though I preferred Pepperoni and didn't like plain cheese.

Not me because I prefer pepperoni and sausage pizza a lot more than plain cheese, I take it that Buzz never did order the cheese pizza on purpose just to provoke Kevin.

I think there was a cheese pizza, but Buzz deliberately ate it to spite Kevin. He told Kevin if he wanted cheese pizza, someone was "gonna hafta barf it up" and then feigns vomiting. "Oooh... somebody get a plate!"
