Exactly, when you're in that situation you are rude first then you apologize after you know your child is safe.

She acted mildly compared to upset customers at the Kroger store I work. I have heard people throw out several f bombs because their checks couldn't be cashed at Customer care. There are certain checks we can't accept.

I worked at a pool once and someone flipped out on me and called me a "fucking dick" because I told her she couldn't drink there and it's even against the rules that I didn't write.
