Who was more evil? The wet bandits or Ivan Korshunov from Air Force One?

shareA terrorist who killed several people vs. 2 robbers who were going to kill a kid for doing terrible things to them. Obviously the terrorist.
shareWell, Kevin was just defending his house. Also the people that Korshunov killed weren't so innocent. Also Korshunov felt that was he did was for the best interest of his country. He wasn't killing people for fun. You see what I mean? However, I don't think that the wet bandits would have the brain or the courage to take over the presidential plane.
shareI haven't seen Airforce 1 in a long time but I don't remember the villain being sympathetic.
shareI am not saying that he wasn't brutal. He was brutal. But he was at least fighting for what he felt was in the best interest of his country. He wanted mother Russia to become one great nation again. I am not saying he wasn't brutal. I am just saying that he wasn't the type of bad guy who would kill people for fun. You see what I mean?
