Just watched it. Good film, but Angst (1983) did it better.

"Angst" is intense, but it's too comical sometimes to be scary.
"Henry" seems much more real.
Both are great though.
Suppose it depends on what OP's definition of "it" is. The only film I'd say gives it a run for its money in terms of visceral vérité would be Snowtown, in my book. Both films make me feel like I need a shower afterwards.
