How does Myra rat out Lilly to Bobo?

Myra follows Lilly and spots her outside the race track with her trunk full of money and thus correctly concludes that Lilly runs payback (hedge) money for the mob. But then:

1) How does Myra know that Lilly is ripping off Bobo as opposed to just doing her job without ripping off Bobo?

2) Why does Lilly count her money out in the open sitting on her car trunk, as opposed to doing so inside her car or maybe in a bathroom stall? Why is she so carelessly in the open?

Once Myra sees Lily counting the money by her trunk and placing the betting slips into envelopes, Myra is smart enough to have figured out exactly what Lily does at the track all day. She lowers the odds on longshots by placing bets.

However, she is also smart enough to realize that all that money that's in Lily's trunk couldn't possibly be for that purpose. That's waaaay too much money to accomplish that task. Myra also realizes that because there's a huge amount of money in the trunk, Lily is stealing from Bobo.

Lily counts her money the way she does because the only way you're going to see into that trunk is if you're looking down on the car from a high angle - the way Myra does when she's in the clubhouse. And what person that's in the clubhouse decides to take binoculars and look at the parking lot anyway? From ground level, NOBODY can see into that trunk.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.
