I don't get it. Why does Myra want to [SPOILERS]

kill Lily? So what, Lily screwed up her long con. Myra was out, and she knew it. There was no going back to Roy after the whole slapping scene. Why kill Lily? What does that get her? It seems so all-of-a-sudden and out of character. All of a sudden Myra is some kind of murderer? That's exactly what con artists stay away from - "no one gets hurt."

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

Because Myra had seen the load of cash in the trunk of Lilly's car. She had nothing left to lose at this point in the game and decided to follow her, kill her, and then steal the money from the trunk of the car.

What's a bit difficult to believe is that (a) Myra seems to think she can fumble around forever with the key and then waltz into the room and kill Lilly without encountering lethal resistance, and (b) Lilly doesn't seem to notice Myra rattling her key around and doesn't react until Myra's throttling her. Bearing in mind Lilly is a hard-assed broad on the run from the mob and extremely mindful of her security (car parked out of sight, gun by the pillow, etc).
