*None* of the characters looked the same at the end of Goodfellas as they did at the beginning. Hell, Henry and Tommy are played by different actors in 1955!
Paulie didn't age as much as the others apart from a little grey in his hair in the later scenes, granted, but other than that they all showed that a quarter century had elapsed.
