I loved this as a kid, and now that I think about it...
...the basic plot is that Bill Cosby, a mild-mannered educated family man, gets senselessly murdered by a maniacal occult-involved cab driver who needs to sacrifice himself and Mr. Cosby for Satan...pretty heavy stuff man. Especially being rated "PG"
