Elliot scares that little smart-ass kid by floating up to his window and shining a torch on his face, and in the very next bit, he jumps down the phone line and scares Diane's would-be boyfriend. By far the funniest scenes in the film. And the best line:

Tony (choking): Are...you....the...Devil?!?
Elliot: Worse!! I'm from the phone company (disappears back down the line).

I like the part when his son was doing a magic trick in class. He was stuck and Bill came right in time. Had him flowing in the air!!!!

the best part is certainely, when Bill is teetering on the bridge in his car and he probably could have made it out alive, but instead he decides to reach for his wallet.

As a young kid, I use to love when the cabbie goes, "Your Wallet"...then leans over to pick it up and steal it causing the cab to fall off the bridge and Cosby is like, "NOOOO!!!!" Then on the way down to the river he yells that the wallet really is just an imitation, not Gucci.

My favorite part will always be when Elliott went to Stuart's window and scared the pants off of him, especially when he flashes the flashlight. As well as the magic trick in class.

The best part was when he stuck his head though the phone at that guy calling for his daughter and choked the mess out of him. And said:

"I'm from the Phone Company".

And the old man seen him put the skeleton back in the closet.
