This has to be the weirdest title I have ever heard

Strangely, the English title seems to play on the Hemingway short story 'Cat in The Rain', which has nothing to do with the themes of Fulci's film, btw. Or it could just be coincidence.

It's a direct translation from the Italian title Un gatto nel cervello!
