Warren Beatty vs. Ralph Byrd

Who was the better Dick Tracy? I prefer Ralph Byrd, he looked almost exactly like the Tracy of the comics and was more of a "tough guy", but I like Warren Beatty as well.

Beatty but Byrd was great also.
