DICK TRACY Reboot Cast: Your Picks

Just as I had just posted a mere 10 seconds ago, I would LOVE to see a DICK TRACY reboot movie. As much as I loved the original, I had a few nitpicks with it (including Madonna's so-called performance as "Breathless".)

If you could decide the fantasy reboot cast for DICK TRACY, who would it be consisted of? My ideal reboot players:

1) DICK TRACY: Thomas Jane (THE PUNISHER, GIVE 'EM HELL, MALONE) Adrian Pasdar (HEROES)
2) TESS TRUEHART: Marissa Tomei (THE WRESTLER; MY COUSIN VINNY)
3) BIG BOY CAPRICE: Harvey Keitel (MEAN STREETS; PULP FICTION) James Gandolfini (THE SOPRANOS - who would probably resemble the comic strip Big Boy more than Pacino did in the 1990 movie)
4) FLATTOP: Nick Chinlund (CON AIR)
5) THE KID: ???
6) PAT PATTON: Gabriel Macht (THE SPIRIT)
7) ITCHY: Ben Foster (THE PUNISHER; 3:10 TO YUMA)
8) INFLUENCE: James Remar (THE WARRIORS; 48 HOURS)
10) SAM CATCHEM: Yannick Bisson (MURDOCH MYSTERIES)
11) BEN "SPUD" SPALDONI: Jeffrey Dean Morgan (WATCHMEN; THE LOSERS)

For Dick Tracy, I would say Aaron Eckhart. For Tess Truehart, Rachel McAdams or Jayma Maize. For Breathless Mahoney, Scarlet Johanson. I really like the idea for Harvey Keitel as Big Boy. For everyone else, I'm gonna have to give it more thought.

I don't get it. I never seen this movie mostly because of how bad it supposed to be. But they reboot all the great classics but don't even think about rebooting something that could have been a great movie that failed terribly.

I really enjoyed the movie, it was released at a bad time; if it came out only 10 years later, critics would have given it much more praise.

This is not a bad film, this is one of my favorites, gave it a 10/10 rating. I recommend you watch it before dissing it.

I'd like to see:
John Hamm as Dick Tracy
Michael Pitt as Flat-top
Other then that, I pretty much agree with the link that was posted.

And you could go anywhere with the villains. Steve Buscemi as Itchy maybe.
