What's the difference between the 233 min and 236 min cut of the film?

I just bought the blu-ray and it says 233 minutes. On IMDb it says directors cut 236 minutes. What is the three minutes they cut out? Also does the bluray only have one version (extended edition) as I also want the theatrical cut of the movie? Any link to theatrical cut bluray will be helpful. Thanks.

I bought the Blu-ray with digital copy and so did my friend in the UK. Both of our Blu-ray copies are extended, while the digital copies are theatrical. I personally would have liked the option to watch either version on both, but at least this format offers one of each version.

I believe the 236 minute version has the 3 minute "intermission" panel
