i am confused........ were andy and kyle the adopted kids or what??

can someone fill me in?? why were andy and kyle the only kids in the home??

The Simpson home was only a temporary stop for foster kids. Kyle and Andy were the only kids there because the previous kids had either gotten adopted into real families or gone back to their biological parents. Joanne and Phil only took kids in until they could placed in a more permanent place.

Yeah, something like that. A place where kids who haven't found a permanent home can stay for a while.

She was still under 18 and she was placed in their care. She still had to follow their rules until she came of age.

Because if there were more kids, there'd be more victims that Chucky would have to slice through to get to Andy.
