It wasn't . It was Spider Rape . How old was the victim ? That plays a major part of the act if the female consented because below a certain age, consent cannot be given even if it was consentual .
Now here is the biggie . The 8 legged Hugo Chavez was a mail & unless it is only in certain Spider Species, the mail is usually killed after doing it with the female & is then eaten by her .
Postal spiders always get eaten.
