Does anyone know where it is or was? Gotta wonder if it was even real as it's on the beach but the front door faces a parking lot that appears to be right on Pacific Highway (with a McDonalds across the street).
As I said, it may have been built for the movie, after all...it does get blown up.

If you look just to the left of McD's and on the beach side of Pac Hiway you'll see two adjacent parking lots, this must be where they built his house: http://tinyurl.com/27jjwz9
They may have built a false front on the above building or had constructed a shell near where the mobile office is now. It's possible that the house that gets blown up could've actually been elsewhere along the coast.
