Found it all exactly as good as it was the first time I saw it.

Classic stuff.

I used to have Purple Haze as my alarm clock after seeing this movie. Everyone I recommended it to completely crapped themselves laughing at it.

Saw it after it came out on HBO or whatever, it was ok, re-watched it tonight 2015 and am only 13 minute in, WOW it doesn't hold up at all! Stupid machismo acting- just plain bad, a real bad caricature! That's probably the point but he's terrible, really old crap. But, then I graduated middle school so I guess the humor's pretty low moron level, tho sometimes that crap is funny, this just isn't.

Hahah I also had Purple Haze as alarm quite a few years after seeing this movie. I still lived with my parents at that time and they hated it.

Saw this opening with my father!!! Great Movie. Saw his stand-up act about 3 months before this came out.
