I have been watching some episodes lately and I have come to really like alot of the music that is played in the show, not just the theme which is great, but the other music used during the episodes is great as well,to bad they didn't put out a soundtrack cause I doubt the music is available on the internet anywhere.
It was nice to hear a 'clean' version of the main theme free of the intro sequence sound effects.
Pity he did not also upload that epic music piece which was used in some episodes (mostly a few second short segments of it, with a longer re-arranged version used in the two episodes that were set in France). I loved that music! It still rings in my head 10 years later.
Well, I'll get my hands on it one day. Even if it means seating through every single episode and recording every single instance they used and stitching them together! :-)
One way to do that is if you have Audacity (or a similar recording program) and access to the internet. Just go to you-tube and search pueblodelosangeles. ;)
I don't know if you'll read this now (since it's been 5.5 years since your post), but the music is now available for download (download only). It's on Amazon and iTunes.
