In the episode The Limo (S03E19), Jerry tells George that their pretence to be Irish to a couple of Nazis will never work because George doesn't look like an O'Brien, to which George replies that Jerry should have been O'Brien. There's not much logic to that. Jason Alexander looks much less Jewish (yet he is) than Jerry does and could more easily pass for a non-Jewish white American of Western European descent.

Well, you have a point in that Irish people are often thought of as big and tall, and George is hardly that. None of them look truly Irish. George looks like someone of Central European descent, perhaps a Walloon or the likes. Jerry would look more suspicious to someone who knew (like a Nazi) what typical Jewish features look like, methinks.
