What are they up to today?

I just read in The Telegraph (online) that Richard Wilson starred May 9 in a BBC Radio 4 program titled "Believe It!", a part-fact-part-fiction autobiography.
(The article, by Roya Nikkhah, is titled "Richard Wilson: My life story..." in case you'd like to call it up.)
A very enjoyable profile of Wilson today, which makes me wonder what the other actors in the OFITG series are doing nowadays. Since I live in the mountains of southeastern Tennessee, I have sporadic access to the British press, so I have to depend on this website, IMDB, for my information about show-biz personalities in the UK.
If you have seen any reports recently about what the actors who portrayed Margaret, Mrs. Warboys, Mr. Swainey, Pippa, Patrick et al are doing, won't you mention it on this message board? Many of us OFITG fans will be grateful.
I don't know what IMDB's policy on URLs is, but the URL for the article in The Telegraph is

Mrs Warboys appeared in Coronation Street playing the mother of John Stape for a while in 2011.

Pippa still appears in the ITV programme Benidorm.

The actor who played Patrick used to host Have I Got News for You then the first series of Would I Lie To You.

Mr Swainey appears in the daytime soap opeara Doctors and tours on stage quite a lot.

Margaret was in Calender Girls and has had a few small parts in other shows such as Jonathan Creek and Doctor Who.

Hope that helps.

Not long ago, I purchased the DVD set of "The Queen," a 5-part series for TV made by Blast Films, presumably an independent British company. It brilliantly combines historic footage of QE-2 and dramatized scenes from her life, all the way from childhood until today. Each segment has a different set of actors performing the roles of the royal family.
Imagine my surprise when I saw Doreen Mantle (Mrs. Warboys) playing The Queen Mum during the period when Princess Diana stirred up the royal coop.
I just couldn't see Ms. Mantle in the role. I kept seeing Mrs. Warboys speaking posh English and appearing as detached as ever. Half the time, I kept waiting for Victor Meldrew in the role of Prince Philip coming through a door and saying, in even posher English, "I cawwwn't b'leeve it!"
The image ruined my enjoyment of the segment and reminded me of what a problem type-casting can be for an actor. P.S. I hope that the TV series "Merlin" comes to the States soon. Thank you for the heads-up, SwatCat.

I saw Janine Duvitski (Pippa) in a series this year called Boy Meets Girl. Didn't see many episodes but she looked quite a funny character!

Never lie to the dog.
