one number that constantly gets repeated during the entire series just so happened to be the same amount of money that Rob Morrow made per episode and then he was on that show Numbers

Give examples of where it "constantly gets repeated."

The amount of money Chris gets when his dad dies. (roots)
The amount of money Maurice loses on the stock market as the bellhop. (dinner at 7:30)
The amount of money Maurice offers Chris for saving his life. (ill wind)
The amount of money Joel is offered to buy his way out of his contract. (blood ties)

Well, that is an interesting coincidence. Maybe more than a coincidence--it could be an in-joke. Kudos for recognizing that. But unless there are more than those four instances, I don't know that in 110 episodes that figure is "constantly" stressed.

in the episode 'The Bumpy Road to Love' Barbra catches Maurice taking a tax loophole and he attempts to make it up to her by donating $30,000 to the State Police Benevolence Association.

It was $20,000. When she rebuffed, he upped it to $25,000.

look again because she rebuffed twice

Barbara: What do you want, Maurice?
Maurice: Talk's cheap. I want you to know that my words carry weight, so l-I've got this check that I'm gonna present to the State Police Benevolence Association for $20,000. That's $20,000, Barbara. Four zeros.
Barbara: I'm sure you'll receive a nice letter of thanks.
Maurice: Barbara.
Barbara: And a sizable deduction on your 1040.
Maurice: Well, all right, make it 25,000.
Barbara: I think you better go now.
Maurice: How 'bout 30,000? Barbara, is it Trooper Tony in there?
Barbara: He's nothing. He's a diversion, a rebound.
