John Hemphill aka Harry the Fly in Subaru ad?

When I first saw this commercial, I thought - "Hey, that driver sure looks familiar".

After watching the commercial a few days later it hit me - Harry the Fly from Maniac Mansion.

So, can anyone confirm the driver from the above youtube Subaru commercial to be John Hemphill?

Definitely NOT John Hemphill. That that actor is too young, John must be in his late 50's now. John can be seen in Little Mosque.
