Anyone remember an episode (think it was Law & Order and not Criminal Intent nor SVU) that featured a little girl who had something like Asperger's who finished each statement while on the witness stand with "the end"? Thank you.

No, it was SVU, I think it was called Savant, the girl was some degree of retarded.
