Did Adam Schiff ever try a case?

Did Adam Schiff ever appear in court to try a case or was he always office based?

reply

While Jack did most of the arguing, Adam also spoke to the judge in Season 7's finale, "Terminal." In that episode, Adam was removed as DA by the NY Governor so the episode's case could be tried as a Murder One crime instead of a Murder Two crime Adam authorized Jack and Jamie to try. Adam first considered resigning as DA but instead protested his removal from the case by suing the governor in civil court. Adam made a nice speech in making his case.

That was a good speech.

The D.A. will very rarely try a case. It's more if a political position than just a lawyer much like the police commissioner who was a police officer, but not a real one anymore.

The Season 2 final is also a good watch for Adam. That was a wonderful episode.
