I love the show. but I wasn't able to watch the last 2/3 seasons due to a new job and shift, so beside Jill Hennessy's character being killed off, can anyone list what happened to every one??

If you are talking about the female ADA's, here is what happened to them.
Ross left to become a defense attorney again, she reappeared in that role a couple of times, she became a judge a few years later.
Carmichael left the DA's office to become an Assistant U.S. Attorney.
Southerlyn was fired by Branch for being overly sympathetic to the defense in several cases, of course going out with the infamous "is this because I'm a lesbian" line.
Borgia was killed by a group of violent home invaders.
Rubirosa was ADA when the show went off, she later went to the L&O : LA spinoff and a few years later she appeared on SVU as a federal prosecutor so that is her current position.
