Linda Smith has died.

This is incredibly sad news, what a loss.

Yes I have just heard the news myself, I was incredibly saddened, she was great. There was no sign of this happening.

yeh I saw it on page 1 of the telegraph it did say that she did not want it public knowlade.

George Foreman has no finger prints.

I only just heard the news today. I was stunned. She was great. Not only on TV but I loved her radio appearances too.

I only found out about it on the first Sunday after it has happened and I was completely shocked. Not only because it was a great loss, but because there was no indication (in articles or interviews, etc) of it happening, but from reading the article one really does have to admire her braveness for not taking the pain relief and losing her hair, it was good to see that in the face of what she new was going to happen she spoke and dealt with it with great humour. But it is very sad because she only just seemed to have been on TV for the last year or two and it would have been great to have seen long stand up shows of hers.
