Someone explain the beginning clips?

The old intro clips were obvious but I am not 100% sure about these new intro clips. They changed the intro to HIGNFY about 3 episodes ago.

Let's see:

* Instead of aiming a dart at the world, landing on Iraqistan, the Oval Office dartboard has four options: Boom, Bust, Bail-Out, Burger
* The Chinese one is a dig at their rapid change from an agrigultural society to one of industry and commerce, just placed wherever they like
* The supermarket one is two things: the guy gets gasps for taking a plastic bag, whilst the shop assistant sells him some confidential data

I can never read what the shopfronts say, but I presume they have something to do with 24 hour drinking.

Now that we have guided missiles, we have misguided men.

actually I think the supermarket one was supposed to be someone misplacing confidential data because its happened about 5 or so times in the last 6 months. A data stick with parents addresses, 11 million bank account on a computer sold on ebay. Someone left a disc with prisoners details on a train, someone sold a camera with top secret photos on it. There are a few more too.
