Help identifying HIGNFY episode from late 1990s/early 2000s

Right, so I posted this on Yahoo! Answers but unfortunately no one could answer it, so I'll ask here... I remember watching an episode from the aforementioned time-frame which was particularly funny. If I remember correctly, one of the panelists was a relatively elderly man, who was frequently mocked by both Paul and Ian. I remember around halfway through the episode he suddenly and randomly blurted out "Harry Potter" to the bemusement of both the other panelists and the audience (I think Paul then turned to him and said "Are you aware you just said that?" or something along those lines).

So what I'm asking is which episode was this?
