Victoria Coren

I really liked her previous two appearances, but did anyone else think after seeing her last week that there had never been a guest that looked less like they wanted to be there? I mean the whole 'getting pissy at sexist remarks' thing is great in moderation , what with her always being the token female guest; last week though, it was kind of all she did (unless of course, it was edited to look that way). At least in her other appearances she was funny by herself, instead of just over-reacting to the other guests' jokes. My dad was sat there going "Look at her face! Why is she getting all offended?", and I struggled to defend her.

I was just wondering if anyone else found her a bit attitude-y.

Yeah, I thought that too - she really seemed to over-react to Alexander Armstrong's question about what did they think about the dress, and he seemed to be quite taken aback by her response. A pity, because I think she is (or can be) very funny normally.

I liked her cat comment a couple of weeks back.

Pooftah! It's nice to see you spreading your wings from the NuWho board. What was the cat comment? Clio the Cat is curious.

Marlon, Claudia and Dimby the cats 1989-2005, 2007 and 2010.

It was to do with the Theresa May conference gaff.

She said something to the effect of that she was glad that there was an official ruling that having a cat was a vector in having some kind of serious relationship and she wished someone would inform her mother.

You had to be there I guess.
