Yes, that is awesome! Please post the script (or at least a rough draft) when you're finished! I've often thought about how a sequel to The Wizard would be.
How far into the future does the sequel take place? Are there any mentions of Haley?
You like Haley. That's cool. No doubt you're aware of the actress (Jenny Lewis) having a successful music career since her appearance in The Wizard.
In the film, perhaps she will have a brief cameo playing with her band but as her character Haley from The Wizard.
Isn't it great when realities collapse ;)
