I lovedddd this movie!

Gosh I miss all the old Disney Channel Movies.
I don't know if Disney Channel made this, but it was a GOOD movie.

Disney Channel used to play it like every night. I miss the 90's and the early 2000's =[

I know I got close, but I'm sure it's too far.

Nope. Not a Disney Channel movie.
I saw it in the movie theatre.
(I couldn't believe there was a movie out there with so many girls my age in one place)

This isn't a Disney film, because I noticed watching it last night Phyllis said the s-word a few times. I did catch part of the movie on the Disney Channel, I assume they must have bleeped out the swearing in that version.

I'm 32 years old so I was around the girls in movie's age when this came out. I was a girl scout at the time, and we knew a total Velda-type troop leader! My mom was involved with the troop, too, and she is fun and stylish, like Phyllis, so it has a special place in my heart. Plus, all the great cameos, Cheech! Annie Herman! Boi-oy-yong!
