What is up with Owen's caracter? He totally acts like a moron and so annoying that it makes me laugh !!!

I think they stuck Owen in there for some type of comedy relief...dunno why, cuz Sly & Kurt did a fine job.

I thought Owen was supposed to be like Q from the James Bond movies.
