Kurt Russel's nasty

Kurt Russel is so nasty when he's in jail. He take a dirty daily paper off the dirty toilet and put it on his bed.

I mean, who would do that ??? Like in 2-3hours, he will sleep on that dirty spot and all those invisible little things will plant rotten seed around his mouth and inside his ears.

reply

Uh.......... First of all, he's a man and men take pride in being rough and tough, not clean and dainty. Second of all, he's in a jail. What do you expect, do you think that there are going to be maids and housekeepers to clean out the jail cells? Everybody knows that jails stink and are filthy.

I like cats named nightmare. I have a "nightmare" every night!

Thats not the reason why Kurt is nasty.
Best part of this movie is how he redicules Sylvester.

Cash: "How did you know wich mirror to shoot?"
Tango: "The ring, you?"

From that point by the expression on Sylvesters face, you can see this was not scripted and improvised.

Cash: "The monogram, it was reversed. What about the ring?"
Slightly hesitation then Tango: "It was on the wrong hand." Then looks down very quickly.
Cash: "Aint we smart or what."

Kurt 1 Sylvester 0

Soooo love that scene. As if a ring would switch hands in a mirror ahahaah, hilarious.

What? Of course it would switch hands. If you're wearing a ring on your right hand, in the mirror image it will appear to be on your left.

I know that ffs, your missing the point, that "aint we smart" is ment for Stallone, not the character.

I don't need to. That's how mirrors work. They reverse any image reflected in them left-to-right. That's why it's called a mirror image. That's why you get emergency service vehicles with 'POLICE' and 'FIRE' written on the front backwards, so it appears the right way round when another driver sees it in his rear-view mirror.

Kurt Russell has had an interesting career

he replaced dennis quaid in 'backdraft'

he replaced patrick swayze in 'tango and cash'

bull durham was written for him but the studio insisted on Kevin Costner

he turned down the 'church' role in the expendables

richard gere turned down 'tombstone'

sylvester stallone turned down 'death proof'

but i think kurt russells best performance to date is 'DARK BLUE'

YES. Kurt's Elvis was GREAT. And he kind of tried to reprise that in 3000 Miles to Graceland... but obviously he wasn't playing Elvis or a real Elvis impersonator.

Anyway, I still firmly believe Kurt's best performance was in Tombstone. We got everything that made him great and a new, definition representation of the great lawman.
