I lived in Florida for a bit so I'm assuming LA has the same type of hot, muggy summers. Why was Shelby wearing pants and a long sleeved shirt?
Was the shirt to hide her bruised arms? I always get uncomfortably hot when I see that scene.
I've always wondered that myself! I'm sure there were looser, more breathable clothes available than the long sleeved button up she wore.
