Huh? I think IMDB is wrong. John Schnieders character was not Donato??

I just noticed now IMDB has Rob Schneider as playing Valentino's brother Donato.

Rob Schneider's character is never called anything. All he says is that line about the timing being sluggish, and going in to check out the competition. Then you get the feeling he was obviously arrested and cannot drive for Valentino as Valtino states on the phone to his brother Donato that they do not have a driver.

1) Schneider did not have a thick Italian accent. I suppose you could say that they are brothers who one lived in Italy, and the other the states. But I doubt that would fly with number 2.

2) Why would Valentino be talking to Rob Schneider as Valentino on the phone, using a public phone, in a police station? Wouldn't he be WITH his brother if that was the case, or at least be speaking to each other face to face somehow?

Correct me if I am wrong, but I highly doubt Rob was playing the Donato character that is not seen on screen, and only heard through a silly cartoon squeaky voice on the phone to Valintino.

1) I don't think you mean "Rob".

B) The only person that watches this movie as much as you is me.

If I've never seen it before, it's a new release to me!

I was confused as well as Schneider simply disappears after the opening segment and does not even sound Italian like the other guy.

Its that man again!!

IMdB is full of silly mistakes. John Schneider's character is listed in the movie end credits as "Cannonballer #1". It's not listed as "Donato" or "Donnato" or whatever. That's just some bizarre submitted trivia after someone had too many drinks or a strange dream. Naturally no one at IMdB bothered to check if that piece of "trivia" is actually true.
