Horrible Film. Worst of the Series
Say what you will about Part 2, but at least that movie has some seriously campy so bad it's funny moments. Part 3 is just an incredibly dull slog to get through aisde of a scene or two of so bad it's funny moments. The acting is horrible, the story is boring and pacing is incredibly slow, and most of the kills are offscreen. Worst of all, they turn Ricky into a braindead bore and Bill Mosely practically sleepwalked his way through this film. Even 4 and 5 are arguably better. There was no reason for this movie to exist other than to cash in on the franchise.
