Wesley is a powerful man and paranoid, so he probably kept his gang working around the clock, which they were probably grateful to receive overtime and double overtime on weekends.
Wesley had those cool parties with babes at his house, so who wouldn't want to be part of that? Wesley had that nice pool, Denise strutting around and doing aerobics and I am sure giving Jimmy a bit on the side.
Who would want time off when you can drive monster trucks through car dealerships and blow up stuff for fun? Then, head down to the Double Douche and impress the babes with those cartwheels with cue stick skills?
