i cannot understand how some people hate this movie. no movie has the emotional impact this has on you,i think.

movies like this come once in four decades.

I love the Police Academy franchise but this one was a nose dive. It had some weak moments. 4 was weak as well. There were several obvious mistakes.
1, 2, 3 were great.
4 was sucky
5 was terriffic. For some reason, I love the Miami scene and the criminals were excellent.
6 was worst than 4.
7 was broadcast many years ago but for some reason I didn't have time to watch it, but thanks to the internet, ... I will soon :)
Do you remember which Police Academy had Hightower in a Voodoo Doctor's disguise & scared recruits in the back of a van? Hightower increased the recruits' frights by chanting, "Yama-yama-yama-YAma! Yama-yama-yama-YAma! Yama-yama-yama-YAma!..", then Tackleberry, in the body bag, tore through with a chainsaw scaring the recruits out of their skin & the van! (Actually, I THINK they left their skin behind, they ran so fast! HAHAHA!) Which Police Academy was this, please? I want to get that one!
