Deserves Much Higher Rating

I for one prefer this movie ten-fold to P.A. parts 2-4. I found it to be my second-favorite flick in the PA series aside from Part 5, which is also rather low rated. Is it just because they came after or what? I mean, this movie has better villains than the rest, for one. Part 5 and Part 6 both had awesome bad guy characters for once instead of concentrating on the "protagonists" and their shenanigans. I found Ace, Ox, and Flash to be my favorites overall in the entire PA series hands down aside from Tony, Mouse, and Sugar in Part 5. These are the characters I liked most in all the PA movies. They suit the idiotic bad guy profile perfectly and are better than all the "heroes" to me by a long shot. I loved seeing the movie concentrate on their angle rather than "ONLY" on the cops. Am I the only one who really loved the bad guys in Parts 5 and 6? Everyone needs to voice their opinion on this 'cause I really did prefer 5 and 6 to the rest of the PA movies.
