They're not cadets..
They seem to be referred as cadets but i think at this point they are all full police officers.
hightower is actual a leiutenent.
the rest are sargents.
They became officers at the end of PA. Cadet is when you are a student at the academy. Once you graduate, you are Officer (name here).
