christine DAY?
Why is her name spelled differently? It's supposed to be christine Daee, with an accent mark over one of the e's. why the change?

I'm guessing because Day is probably the closest modern last name to Daae. Note: Christine is actually from modern times in this version.

YOU DONT UNDERSTAND. She goes back in time (hey it was the 80's) to well instead of PAris..London 1881. Barely any of it is in modern times. Just see the movie!
shareIt's easier to tell someone to see a movie than it is to actually see it. None of the video rental places around here carry any Phantom movies. I'd either have to 1) illegally download it from the internet or 2) actually buy it which I don't want to do in case I don't like it.

shareI'm going to see if my local Hollywood Video has it. It sounds interesting and I'm a pretty open-minded person. When it does come out on DVD, I'll check BB again. I'm doubting BB to carry it, but it never hurts to look.

Not sure if your name means anything...but it sure sounds Oregonian...if that's the case...I know for a fact that the Hollywood in Raleigh Hills has had it for rent in the past...I rented it there for my first (second and third) veiwing. It really is a good movie.

you should definately see it! It is well done, and their are some beautiful haunting scenes. Especially the graveyard scene...gives me chills just thinking about it.
