I've never seen this movie, but has me curious. What kind of things does Eric Destler/the Phantom do to his victims (how does he kill them)?

shareHere is the entire bodycount for The Phantom of the Opera (1989)
I'm sure you will enjoy these deaths scenes, Misha Segal's musical score goes exciting well with these scenes.
1- Joseph Buquet, the Stage Hand: Stabbed with a knife, later found skinned and hung in Carlotta's dressing room closet.
2- Cardplayer 1: Stabbed with a knife in his stomach.
3- Cardplayer 2: Head is cut off with knife.
4- Mott: Stabbed with a knife in his stomach.
5- Harrison, the Opera Critic: Brtually strangled with a towel in a sauna room. The Phantom uses so much force by tying the towel around his head, that Harrison's noise and checkbones break, blood oozes through the towel, and The Phantom throws Harrison's body aganist a wall, leaving a dent and he slides down, lifeless.
6- Carlotta: Killed off-screen, later her decapitated head is seen in a bowl of soup during the Masked Ball at the Opera.
7- The Rat Catcher: Impaled on a spike under the opera house, later he is found skinned.
8- Policeman: Throat slashed.
9- Davies: The Phantom ripps his heart out with his bare hands.
10- Richard: During a fight scene between him and the Phantom, Richard backs up aganist a wall of candles and starts on fire, the Phantom then takes a candle stick and stabbs him in the stomach.
11- The Phantom: Faced ripped off and also stabbed with a knife by Christine. Christine later destroys his music, which eventually causes him to die.
whats with stabbing in the stomach?
dont be pessimistic. it wont work anyway
I don't know, I noticed that the Phantom did that several times when killing people in the film, a total of 4 times usually with a knife. 5 times, if you count the Phantom himself, being stabbed by Christine. Although it isn't seen in the film, all of the Phantom's victims are later skinned after they are killed. This was known as the "Slasher Phantom" film, but probably could have used some more creative death scenes, although the opera critic's death with the towel was my favorite out of them all.
sharethere are two detectives. One is Davies, he does die. The other is Mott, the one wih with beard and mustache, the older one, he doesnt die. he falls down the steps but later shoots the phantom but at the part where christines dream end he disappears.
shareHawkins was the Inspector. We don't know if he died or now.
Mott was the guy in the bar that the Phantom later stabbed.
Hopelessly in love with Uma Thurman, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Emmy Rossum
well whats the point of see the movie now that the entire movie!
shareMy God! What's the point of even giving credit to Gaston Leroux if the novel's death list is multiplied my four?
JACK: Never let go, Rose
(she sneezes and drops him.)
ROSE: (after a pause) Oops.
